WLM Carton, created by Wolf Lambert in 2013, is a free heavy techno display font based on Michal Neoqueto Nowak's Cut the Paper. Its towering capitals use broad squared strokes, clipped corners, and narrow internal cuts that make the lettering resemble industrial panels punched from sheet metal.
A sports poster can use its massive, forceful silhouette as the main headline, with the sharp cut-ins echoing team badges and arena signage. The same machine-cut look also fits esports graphics, album covers, and event branding built around speed, impact, or futuristic competition.
