Tough Guy Stencil by Matthew Napolitano is a free military stencil display font with towering, tightly packed capitals. Broad vertical strokes, sharp diagonal cuts, and blunt internal breaks give the lettering the improvised force of markings cut for crates or equipment, with narrow proportions that keep each word dense and upright.
Signage is its most natural medium, especially for tactical events, training facilities, or industrial venues seeking a hard-edged utilitarian look. The same severe shapes suit action-game title cards, sports merchandise, and packaging for rugged outdoor gear. On a badge or equipment graphic, the sliced letterforms can become part of the stamped marking itself rather than serving as neutral text.
