Minya Nouvelle by Ray Larabie of Typodermic Fonts Inc. is a free irregular display serif with tall, loosely drawn forms. Its uneven stroke widths, tilted crossbars, and sharp wedge-like serifs give the lettering the irregularity of cut-paper shapes.

Folklore, eccentric history, and theatrical themes suit its offbeat construction, making it useful for festival posters and entertainment graphics.
