Gothferatu by J. Bensch is a free medieval blackletter font with an unusually severe and theatrical profile. Its very tall letters combine blade-like strokes, deep pointed arches, exaggerated feet, and tightly compressed joins to form a dense, almost architectural pattern that recalls ornate Gothic title lettering.
Dark fantasy and horror themes are its clearest territory, especially for film posters, album covers, and game graphics.
