Franklin Cascaes Police

Franklin Cascaes by Saulo Deboni, Mirian Mitsue Yanai, and Silvia Cristina Medeiros is a free Art Nouveau-inspired display font with curling serifs and pronounced thick-thin contrast. Its tall, fluid letters fold into loops and hooked strokes.

The ornamental style fits poster lettering, book covers, and invitations built around fantasy, folklore, or theatrical themes. Repeated curves give the type a hand-drawn liveliness that can echo vines, smoke, or decorative borders in accompanying artwork. For boutique branding and specialty packaging, the unusual letterforms can become part of an emblem rather than serving as ordinary text, especially for confectionery, candles, or artisan goods.
