Fabada Police

Fabada by deFharo is a free rounded sans serif with a light, distinctly geometric build. Its near-monoline strokes bend into broad arches, circular bowls, and softened joins, giving the letters an airy, continuous flow. The unusual forms stay clean rather than decorative, with generous proportions and a gently futuristic cast.

As a friendly display voice, it can shape cafe branding, children's packaging, and cultural event posters. Its simple curves also suit playful digital graphics. In publishing, it can give magazine section openers or feature titles a recognizable, informal signature that echoes illustrations made from smooth lines, circles, and simple patterns.

I am deFharo, a freelance graphic and web designer. I named this font Fabada.

Fabada is a display font with 720 glyphs. It was the font with which I began experimenting with type design and later became the basis for another typeface called La Chata. It includes OpenType features.
