Drafting Table Italic Police

Drafting Table Italic, designed by Daniel Zadorozny of Iconian Fonts, is a free brush script with a quick, hand-drawn slant. Changing stroke widths, blunt joins, and long tapered ends give the writing the snap of a flexible felt-tip marker. Irregular shapes sit apart like quickly written notes, and the strong forward angle keeps the line moving.

Packaging is its clearest role, especially for casual food and drink brands. On concert posters, merchandise, and informal invitations, the strokes can join sketched graphics, rough borders, or marker-like accents as an illustrated signature or hand-marked emblem rather than ordinary display text on the page.
