Cuprum Police

Cuprum by Jovanny Lemonad is a free condensed sans serif with tall proportions and an upright stance. Its strokes shift subtly in width, lending the letters a drawn quality without softening their clean outlines. Curves stay taut and compact.

Architectural photography and linear illustrations echo its narrow silhouettes and controlled geometry. That connection suits exhibition posters, architecture magazines, and cultural venue branding, where the type feels precise but not anonymous. The same structure and slight stroke variation also suit product packaging, linking these uses through an understated technical character.

Cuprum was created in 2006 based on the work of Miles Newlyn. Cuprum is a narrow grotesque typeface.

This collection of libre fonts was created by designers who have allowed everyone to use, share, modify, and improve the fonts free of charge. Financial contributions are accepted from people who are not designers. All funds are transferred to the treatment of children with cancer.
