Cartoon Character by Wino S. Kadir of Weknow is a free rounded sans serif with the buoyant shapes of animated title lettering. Broad curves, slim upright strokes, and softly tapered joins create an uneven silhouette, with several letters stretching low or leaning into their neighbors.

Its cartoon styling suits children's publishing and animated title cards, where the loose proportions can echo expressive character drawing. The same lively construction can give toy packaging and casual event posters a cheerful, handmade edge. Rounded arches and playful shifts in width also connect the lettering to bubble-like illustrations and simple mascot graphics.
